Overview
Crosshead free fall arrestor installed in the hydraulic decoking system can effectively prevent safety accident in the event of steel wire rope failure.
During normal operation, the device will compress the trigger spring and release the safety grips under the action of the device’s own weight; if the steel wire rope is broken, the trigger spring can automatically reset and drive the linkage mechanism to operate so that the safety grips grab the guide rail and prevent the device from falling.
